Content Creation & Media Services
Where content creation services are provided, the creative scope, delivery format, usage rights, and turnaround times will be agreed in advance.

We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes on third-party platforms, including views, reach, or engagement, as these are outside of our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and assets created or supplied by The Jolly Good Photo Co., EL TORO Entertainment, or In Reel Life — including photographs, videos, templates, designs, logos, branding, text, and graphics — remain protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Client Content
Where you upload or provide content (including personal information or images), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content solely for the purposes of delivering our services and, where agreed, for marketing and promotional use in line with our policies.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All fees, payment schedules, and service details will be agreed prior to your event or project. Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection

Intellectual Property
